Sue, how do you set a price for your lace - is it by an hourly rate,
or...????
I have often been asked this question, but don't have any answer. The time
taken is long compared with the size of the piece (smaller - ie honiton- can
take longer!) and the average person does not recognise this. They will
pay hundreds of $s for a painting that may have been completed is a
relatively short time, but have a fit of the horrors at paying even the same
amout of $s for a small piece of lace!
