Welcome Elena, There are a number of craft lamps on the market in the UK, some with magnifiers and clips to mount on a frame or stand. I have one which I'm not too happy with as it is supposed to be both mains and battery but you end up tethered to a stand even in battery mode. But it is light weight. For my regular lace pillow I have just bought a "goose neck" desk lamp which clips onto the side of the table. What I like about it is that it has LED light bulbs so it doesn't get hot to the touch - just mildly warm. Bending it over to give a spot just where I am working brings it close to the domed pillow I prefer but it means I won't burn myself if I brush it by accident. The light is a very pure white as well no yellow tint.
