Is it a certain publisher that omitted the date in the pocket edition? I
have a pocket version published by Mulhouse, which is about 4 by 6 inches,
and it has the number 755 (July 1955) opposite the title page. (Number of
copies already issued: 1,590,000)
It's a nice little book, a withdrawn library copy, complete with little
color plates.
