Cute doll. She is reminiscent of the 3 souvenir dolls (3 different sizes) that I have from Belgium - similar face with glasses, and a somewhat similar dress style (mop cap and full length dress) and one has wood clogs. All have a piece of machine lace that is disproportionate in size to the number of teeny bobbins. Two have a length, and 2 have an oval piece that either says Souvenir Bruxelles or Souvenir de Bruges (one doll has both length and oval in case you're wondering about my math :-) ).
The 2 smaller dolls have 2 bobbins and the larger one has 4 bobbins. I would guess all 3 of my dolls would've been purchased in the late 1960's/early 1970's - and all in Belgium when DH's Late Grandparents lived there for a couple of years (business).
