I have been running 0.7.1 on Bluehost for a while without any problems. After upgrading to 0.7.2.1, I have to include index.php in all requests or I get an Internal Server Error. 

i.e. myserver.com/username fails, myserver.com/index.php/username works.

Does anyone else have this working on Bluehost?
