Laconi.ca rocks - I am looking forward to building an internal twitter type site to help my company communicate better internally.
I have installed Laconi.ca behind my corporate firewall and am successfully using twibble to post to the site. However, when I use some other clients, most notably Twhirl and YATCA (Blackberry), some characters get consistently replaced by asterisks. When I view these posts in other clients (web or twibble) they show up just fine. Has anyone else seen behavior like this? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks! Al
