Greg, thank you for sharing this banning file with us. I uploaded it and it
appears to work.

However, I realise that these spam account names are probably auto generated
and each is unique and may only be used once or a few times each. As such,
banning them all is a catch-up game and too tiring to keep doing.

What we need is to stop them from registering altogether and the code
snippet from Evan and the captcha are probably the best solution in my
opinion. I hope to get both working on my site.
