unfortunately, there is no such function to add additional attributes to
a list of users.
Samba can be enabled by default. See Tools -> Profile editor and then
the profile "default" for users.

sambaNTPassword is set when the password is changed. It is not possible
to set sambaNTPassword to the Unix password at a later time. The reason
is that the Unix password is usually stored as hash value (e.g. SSHA)
which makes it impossible to restore the clear text password.

Why don't you create the users directly inside LAM? Is there any need
for local users? You can use pam_ldap to use LDAP users for Unix
authentication.
