I was able to reproduce this behavior on the demo installation. However, it does not occur on my local installation. Maybe something webserver (e.g. suhosin security patch) related. It seems that selecting an entry in the list (by clicking on it) before using the PDF button eliminates the problem in some cases. Does the PDF button that shows up when saving an account work for you? I will do some more investigations about this topic.
