Yeah. It is really strange. Our script (perl) that we are working to replace
with LAMPro explicitly defines the top objectclass, so I have noticed users
added with LAMPro do not have this class, so our application ignored the users
existence.
What youre ultimately saying though is that something is missing from our
openldap configuration?

this is automatically done by the LDAP server. Do you really miss it for
new users?
Adding can be done with tree view or multi edit tool.
