Hi Daniel

That's nicer than what I had prototyped.

Besides missing language selection, adding support for
the <url>...</url> tag would be nice, as a hyper-link item
in the menu with the text "More info..." or something like
that.  An example of English rule for which LT gives
a hyper-link is ALL_OF_THE_SUDDEN:
all of the sudden -> all of a sudden.
