This is an IOMMU issue. You can try to install with iommu disabled:
-B intel-iommu=no
After installation, boot single user mode and modify the
/platform/i86pc/kernel/drv/rootnex.conf file with:
intel-iommu="no"
Or you can disable IOMMU in BIOS by disabling something like "VT-d
Configuration" or "virtualization" if you can find.
