Hi Edward,

Could it boot up by disabling e1000g also(-B disable-e1000g=true)?
If yes, pls have a try with attached latest e1000g binary to see if
this issue is solved. Otherwise, we need to file a bug against e1000g
(pls let me know the latest panic stack).
# cd /kernel/drv
# mv e1000g e1000g.ORIG
# cp e1000g.32bit e1000g
# cd amd64
# mv e1000g e1000g.ORIG
# cp e1000g.64bit e1000g
# reboot
