The wpa instance is created by the dladm command, if connection failed, 
the instance will be deleted by the dladm command before it returns, so 
no problem.

Seems you used a HEX number ESSID (0xfff1), this is not supported by 
Solaris driver.
Please change your ESSID to an ASCII one, then try again, any result, 
please let me know.
