Indeed, when I tried svcs webconsole, I noticed the service was in maintenance state. After svcadm clear webconsole, it went to offline* (does anyone know what the star means?), after that I tried svcadm enable and svcadm disable all without success. But after some 5 minutes, the service state went from offline* to disabled. Then I succeeded in shutting the system down. So I guess this is a bull's eye. Thanks all who answered for the tip.
