You can see line 124 of wpahelp file provided by you:
Line 124 --> "Line 0: Invalid passphrase length 5 (expected: 8..63) 
'alice'."

Your PSK is too short, expected 8 ~ 63, it's defined by WPA specification.
I am curious why your AP allow you  to set a PSK "alice", just 5 character.

BTW: To use DHCP, for Solaris 10 you need to install the unbundled Crypto 
packages.
