You must boot into 32bit kernel and then download/wrap the 32bit XP driver that support bcm4312. The XP driver has been linked in Solaris/NDIS project page.
If you still have problem, please post output of "/usr/X11/bin/scanpci -v" and the related messages in /var/adm/messages right after the failure happened. Be sure you are running OpenSolaris build 54 or higher version.
