I just saw this shutdown hang on a lab machine. It was running stock snv_48 with no frkit, no dhcp and no inetmenu. It was an AMD64, whereas my laptop is i386 machine.
First I need to use the lab machine for running some tests. When they are done, however, I'll try to dig into this shutdown hang. tom Stuart F.
