You should save it to a file, and then run
chmod +x frkit
./frkit
as root in a terminal.

Neither frkit nor batstat come with Solaris. frkit should install
batstat when it is run.

First run "gunzip" on it, and then copy it to a bin directory, either
/usr/local/bin, or a bin directory in your home directory. Are you
using CDE or GNOME for your desktop?
