I've got build 41 on my Ultra 10, but it works with both the onboard m64 and
the PGX64 add in card. (Though JDS can't display on the onboard in this
build since it crashes on 8-bit visuals and the onboard doesn't have enough
RAM for 24-bit at a usable resolution - that bug is supposed to be fixed in
build 43.)
