Thanks for that hint. Although I mainly run stuff in Virtualbox (right now on a box without VT-x). So that shouldn't be a problem. It seems that this is a problem on nearly all Sony notebooks. Google give a lot of complaints about it...
And I just found out that (inside Vista) on the Sony AR71ZU the network card identifies itself as Intel 82567LM GBit nic. I haven't found that in the HCL, so any comment on that? Bernd -- This message posted from opensolaris.org
