Netgear make several Atheros PC cards that work with the ath driver. I used a WG511U before the intel wireless drivers were available, and some other people have reported success with the WG311* cards.
http://madwifi.org/wiki/Compatibility is a good resource as the ath driver is derived from madwifi (you may need ath 0.7.1 from http://opensolaris.org/os/community/laptop/wireless/ath/ for some cards). -Albert On Sun, 2008-05-11 at 13:54 -0500, James Cornell wrote: > Ubiquity Atheros PCMCIA (There aren't many native PCMCIA/cardbus > atheros) if you have Mini-PCI you'll be in better shape. > > > James > On May 11, 2008, at 11:54 AM, Nick wrote: > > > Ya i had to use NDIS in order to load the drivers and it still isn't > > working. > > > > kaiwai, do you recommend any specific PCMCIA card? > > > > > > This message posted from opensolaris.org >
