I'm looking for Compal CQ12 hardware, which was also known as the
Tadpole TALIN, and I believe it was also OEM'd by other people.
I've got a driver for the SDcard slot on that equipment (a WinBond part)
that I'd like to test out. If anyone wants to volunteer to test, or
even better, is willing to loan the unit or grant remote access, that
would be *wonderful*.
And yes, this is the same part found on the Tadpole SPARCLE and VIPER
products, although it is a bit different on SPARC hardware (different
ISA controller, and OBP related differences.) I hope to have code for
public review soon.... I've reverse engineered the Linux code, along
with reusing some of my former knowledge of the WinBond part from my
days at Tadpole.... although this driver is a completely fresh rewrite.
(I've been doing my development work for it on my own SPARCLE.)
