Yes, check /usr/X11 subdirectories (modules/drivers/etc) for the generic
Intel graphics driver (Not sure what it's named, might be using i810
still for the name) and use prtconf -pv to see if a driver is attached. 
I'm not an X.org expert, Alan Coopersmith, a primary
maintainer/developer for OpenSolaris' X.org implementation would know
the answers specific to support and this particular problem, if it's
reproducible or fixed, etc.  Might also want to check the OpenSolaris
bugs database for GMA950-specific problems under X_WIN. (X.org)
