Hi,
I've recently installed OpenSolaris 2008.11 on my laptop, but I can't get
networking to work. My wifi card is an intel 3945 card and from information
that I've found I assume that it can work with wpa2 encrypted network. When I
do wificonfig scan it finds my network, but says it is wep encrypted, not wpa2.
I've tried to do wpa_supplicant -i wpi0 and then add a profile to wificonfig
but
it says the only supported encryption methods are wep and none. I have a clean
OpenSolaris 2008.11 system (only thing that I've changed is I've symlinked
openssl-0.9.8 to openssl-0.9.7 and something like this with another package so
wpa_supplicant won't complain about missing libraries). What should I do to
get wpa2 to work?

Thanks in advance
Marek Aaron Sapota
