Pending legal review, you should see it very soon. It should take less time than iwl even. SXDE 01/08 (Probably based on B79) should be the first to include it, maybe SXCE will have it earlier, but Sun's supported version (SXDE) seems to get the closed drivers a lot faster, if history is an indication.
