It's been a while since I netbooted my S150, but I would assume it still
works.

What does "boot -v" show you?

Headless or with graphics?

With/without keyboard?

Using DHCP or RARP?

Did you install the proper (recent) inetboot on the server?

Note that there's a substantial pause after booting when
X and java are unpacked, memory permitting.
