We have an "unstable trunk" policy, right? So I can do bug fixes to the build system in trunk, and then merge them to legals when I get a bunch fixed. Correct?
Are we doing review-before-commit or commit-then-review? I'm still planning on doing a build system overview talk next week in San Mateo. So maybe until then, I should commit without review, and after that, do review-before-commit.
