Details: Make sure to pass in a null width height and clip to the
LzView constructor, but only if a value is not specified.  Not sure
why this is required, but it works now...

test_pie_01.lzx works again, and http://localhost:8080/legals-clean/
test/charts/columnchart/test_column_01.lzx is properly clipped.
