+ The arm of the conditional in LzSprite.loaderEventHandler which handles
ProgressEvent.PROGRESS
was accessing an uninitialized variable ,"info".
+ update some debug.warn messages to format the actual error objects instead of
the string representation
Tests:
smokecheck and amazon don't print these warnings now:
WARNING: progress TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of
a null object reference.
