Details: Use getFrameWindow() instead of looking them up directly.
Remove __namebyid hash, add __srcbyid to track the URLs loaded by
setSrc(). __gotload() checks to see if the src is the initial value
and that value wasn't explicitly set by setSrc().
Tests: examples/extensions/html.lzx shows onload events only when
the 'Load' or 'Clear' buttons are clicked across swf and dhtml, IE and
Firefox. Scroll wroks as before, as does examples/extensions/rte.lzx.
