<inpt> needs to be defaulted to non-clickable, or else hand cursor will be
displayed
on mouseover. Input text should not be clickable, in general, as it interferes
with
normal editing input behavior.
Tests:
in house.lzx, cursor changes to i-beam when mouseover the<inpt> view
