This is a reported Firefox issue. The workaround is to blur/focus the
editor when the mouse is clicked in the editor. The code only does this
on Mac/Firefox.
Tests:
Run focustest application in LPP-9993. Mouse clicks in the editor move
the cursor and you can enter text.
