I modified the sprite to never allow the opacity to be 0 for IE. Instead
it is set to 0.01. This means that display:none is never set and the
view shows fine when animated to an opacity of 1.
Tests:
Run calendar demo. Click on 'Add Event' button. You should see the event
form in IE.
