The standard wrappers files were already modified, but some example/demo
wrapper files were not. I also fixed a javascript error when the html
component enabled mouse events in iframemanager (in dhtml).
Tests:
Run laszlo-explorer in dhtml and swf10 on IE9. Examples and demos look
correct.
