Details:
Prior to this change, pausing a video would turn off the idle event
handler to generate onprogess events. I changed this behavior so the
onprogress events will be generated during a pause. Note: onprogress
events are not generated until the video starts playing.
Tests:
See jira report. I uploaded a version that uses a video from
archive.org.
