I think the module needs to do this:

from canonical.launchpad.interfaces.librarian import ILibraryFileAliasSet
from canonical.launchpad.webapp.interfaces import ILaunchBag, ILaunchpadRoot
from lp.registry.interfaces.person import IPersonSet
We can update this module as we move the canonical parts about.
