Thanks for sending out the reminder about this. https://dev.launchpad.net/ParallelTests is the master wiki page for the parallel test effort; most of the remaining work is in the (linked from there) tagged bugs.
Anyone wanting to work on this can just run with --parallel on bin/test and then debug whatever issue they first run into.
