Hello launchpadevelopers,
In the past month we've started to develop new features for Launchpad,
something I'm very happy about. However, I've also noticed that after switching
into ninja-template-conversion-and-bug-squashing mode in September, we've
generally seemed to have dropped doing the UI design before getting into code.
I have my theories as to why, but I'd like to hear from everyone else, why we
seemed to have dropped it in general, and how to get back on track.
It was a key change in the 3.0 cycle that proved to be very successful, so I'm
very keen on making sure it stays in place.
