Hello Launchpadders, The Ubuntu project is thinking about how exactly it uses bugs in Launchpad: statuses and assignments, milestones and series, importance and triage.
It's quite possible that this thinking might prompt us to consider changing Launchpad, perhaps in significant ways. (e.g. one proposal is to combine "Confirmed" and "Triaged"). As such, what we need desperately is use cases, user stories, requirements and constraints from all of you, so that we can make sure that the bug tracker continues to be something that can serve *all* of open source.
