Lewis I am all too familiar with this feature, the list use to reject all my email and send me a nice notice with links to sites to explain how to fix the problem every time IT reconfigured Outlook, you wouldn't believe how hard it can be sometimes to get Outlook to send Text Only ALL the time. So maybe it can be turned back on.
