Yes, it seems that Outlook 2000 has a bug. I have set my address book up so it should always send text messages to the InfoLabVIEW address. However, Outlook ignores this setting (a MS bug). So, I have to use the drop down Format menu to set the preference every time I send to InfoLabVIEW. Sometimes I forget and HTML is used. I did notice that the title on each Outlook page shows, in parenthesis, the format of the e-mail being sent, so this is a help.
