It's explained in some text files. The first to is common to many
applications. For the option options have a look at:

docs/BigIDE.txt
docs/INSTALL.txt
Or like Henry suggested, read the Makefile [yuck!]. Alternatively
search the mailing list archives - it has been covered a few times
before.
