What is Lazarus?
----------------
Lazarus is an open-source zero-cost integrated development environment(IDE),
based on the object-oriented Free Pascal compiler. Versions are available for
most operating systems.
Lazarus lets you drag-and-drop GUI components onto windows, and debug programs
interactively.
A major benefit is that code developed with Lazarus can run under many
operating-systems. It is a cross-platform system.
