So what are the main reasons nobody wants to use the fcl-passrc
parser? Except the obviously lack of some language syntax - which I
think should be easier and quicker to add, than to try and modularize
the compiler's parser.

I would also imagine the fcl-passrc parser should be easier to
maintain that something that has deep ties in the compiler workings
itself.
