On Mac, EasyDockMgr don't works (can't drag and drop windows, but it can
be compiled....yay...)
PS: I don't even know if it worked earlier on Mac

If there are questions about dragging, please ask before breaking
anything by faulty workarounds.
Unfortunately I'm still offline and cannot create an Mantis bug report
for every encountered bug. It would be nice if somebody could read and
verify all my contributions to the mailing list, and eventually create
according bug reports.
As I'm using an IDE with Anchor Docking enabled since some days I'd
like to help you here.
What exactly is the problem? I have a docked IDE and can dock/undock
windows as I please.
I can confirm the problem with pressing e.g. ESC while dragging though.
