windows as I please.
Most annoying and Delphi incompatible are:
- CaptureControl is changed while dragging is active, causing abort
- wrong positions passed to subroutines, causing malfunction and
misplaced DockRect (flicker...)
- the Vista+ DockWindow (for DockRect) consumes the messages that the
DockManager should receive
