With big numbers, the speed is the same. With such numbers 99% of the
running time is spent in computations and both versions make use of
the same assembler code.
For instance, the certification of 10^1499 + 2001 (1500 decimal digits)

Initialization= 1.52s 1.50s
1stPhase= 1h 34mn 37s 1h 37mn 12s

That's the same.
