no, the XXXlclintf.inc is used for all widgetsetfunctions exept winapi.
Winapi functions are located in XXXwinapi
Still winapi seems most appropriate.

mswindows includes wince, our 'win32' does not.
wince used also (a form of) winapi :)
In the line of WinCE it would then be Win or Win3264 or win32_64
(Microsoft still refers to win32 and COM development if you look in MSDN)
