OK. so the _concept_ of deriving a profile from 2 files which describes
their difference is patented, regardless of the software used to do it.

Clearly you cannot offer code which implements that concept.

In the case that I wanted to write some code for my own use:

- Could it be done using the Python wrapper? (I know Python, not C)
- Would it be very involved?
  (I can imagine, and would hope, that it's just a matter of substituting
   my actual image files as parameters where you'd normally provide
   the image of a target)

Am I out of line for asking these questions?
